DESCRIPTION:"This piece is a sonic meditation on land stewardship and the i
mportance of wild\nspaces. I wrote it after seeing fifty hectares of the l
andscape around my home\nclear-felled in one sweep by a monoculture indust
rial forestry company and then\,\nin the subsequent years\, watching natur
e try to heal those spaces — seed by\nseed\, wing by wing.\n\nThis work ho
nours those creatures and the quiet repair they perform and asks us\nto co
nsider the land of which we are guardians and how we co-habit those\nspace
s." — Natalia Beylis\n\n‘Around Here\, The Birds Plant The Trees’ was writ
